Bijna twee derde zou vervolgens hun IVF of ICSI behandeling uitstellen bij een ongunstig profiel.<br \/>\nDe complete resultaten van de enqu\u00eate kun je hier vinden:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/staging.freya.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Uitslag-enqu%C3%AAte-voor-Freya.pdf\">Uitslag enqu\u00eate ReceptIVFity<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De test is momenteel alleen beschikbaar in het EMC Rotterdam en MC Kinderwens Leiderdorp.<\/p>\n<p>Update: Vanaf juni 2018 kunnen ook pati\u00ebnten die nog niet onder behandeling zijn geweest &#8211; met een verwijzing van de huisarts &#8211; voor de test terecht bij MC Kinderwens in Leiderdorp.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat is de ReceptIVFity test?<\/h3>\n<p>Met deze test kan bij de vrouw v\u00f3\u00f3r de start van een IVF\/ICSI behandeling bepaald worden of de omstandigheden in de baarmoeder goed zijn voor embryo-implantatie. De test zorgt dus voor een beter inzicht in de kans van slagen van een IVF\/ICSI poging.<br \/>\nDeze test wordt uitgevoerd door middel van een vaginaal afgenomen uitstrijkje met een wattenstokje. In een gespecialiseerd lab onderzoekt men de verhouding van de verschillende soorten bacteri\u00ebn die van nature in de vagina voorkomen. Hiermee kan worden bepaald of een vrouw een gunstig of ongunstig bacterie- profiel heeft voor IVF\/ICSI.<br \/>\nCirca 1 op de 6 vrouwen die voor IVF\/ICSI in aanmerking komen, blijkt op dat moment een ongunstig bacterie-profiel hebben. Dit houdt in dat de kans op succes met IVF heel klein is (ongeveer 5%).
