{"id":67035,"date":"2020-07-09T10:36:21","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T08:36:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.freya.nl\/?p=67035"},"modified":"2020-07-09T10:36:21","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T08:36:21","slug":"onderzoek-toont-aan-dat-scratching-geen-meerwaarde-biedt-bij-eerste-ivf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.freya.nl\/?p=67035","title":{"rendered":"Onderzoek toont aan dat scratching geen meerwaarde biedt bij eerste IVF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onderzoek van het <a aria-label=\"undefined (opent in een nieuwe tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nihr.ac.uk\/news\/new-research-suggests-ivf-scratch-offers-no-benefit-to-women-undergoing-ivf-for-the-first-time\/25204\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Institute for Health Research<\/a> heeft aangetoond dat endometrium scratching voorafgaand aan een eerste IVF geen meerwaarde biedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij \u2018endometrium scratching\u2019 wordt de&nbsp;bekleding van de baarmoeder oppervlakkig&nbsp;beschadigd, zodat er een lichte&nbsp;ontstekingsreactie optreedt. De theorie hierachter is dat dit mogelijk een gunstig effect zou hebben op het baarmoederslijmvlies, dat zich daardoor beter voorbereidt op de innesteling van een embryo. Deze procedure&nbsp;wordt&nbsp;op de polikliniek zonder pijnstilling verricht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De resultaten van dit Engelse gerandomiseerde onderzoek tonen aan dat het aantal voldragen zwangerschappen gelijk was bij vrouwen die wel een scratching hadden ondergaan (38,6%) als bij vrouwen die geen scratching hadden ondergaan (37,1%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Nederland wordt ook onderzoek gedaan naar het effect van endometrium scratching op de zwangerschapskans. In 2016 is een <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.freya.nl\/scratch-ofo-studie-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onderzoek gestart<\/a> naar scratching bij vrouwen waarbij de eerste IVF niet succesvol was.
