Dit onderzoek gaat over de kans op zwangerschap bij pati\u00ebnten met herhaaldelijk implantatiefalen, ook wel recurrent implantation failure (of RIF) genoemd. We vertellen je er graag meer over.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De resultaten tot nu toe<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijdens dit spreekuur werden 85 pati\u00ebnten met RIF een jaar lang gevolgd. Zij waren gemiddeld 33.8 jaar oud en hadden bij het eerste bezoek aan de RIF poli al ongeveer 2 eicelpuncties met daaruit voortkomend 7 niet-geslaagde terugplaatsingen gehad. Na&nbsp;\u00e9\u00e9n jaar bleek 40.5% van deze pati\u00ebnten doorgaand zwanger. Er waren geen grote verschillen in leeftijd, de oorzaak van de onvruchtbaarheid, de endometriumdikte, geslachtshormonen, AMH en het microbioom tussen pati\u00ebnten die na deze follow-up periode wel en niet zwanger werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gedurende het jaar waarin de pati\u00ebnten werden gevolgd werden er tussen de 0 en 12 embryo\u2019s geplaatst. Het gemiddeld aantal terugplaatsingen tot aan de zwangerschap was 7 terugplaatsingen. Stevens Brentjens en drs. van Haren.&nbsp; Graag attenderen we je erop dat bij deelname je verder onder behandeling blijft in je eigen ziekenhuis. Het spreekuur valt onder vergoede IVF-zorg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pati\u00ebnte dient aan <a href=\"https:\/\/vmkc.mumc.nl\/wij-hebben-een-kinderwens\/verwijzers\/verwijzing-implantatie-spreekuur?fbclid=IwY2xjawIazFpleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHRsmzX1jd5UO114prVT3VFF55tvmhvsRUJj1GreGR17fSh3KmFlImcXDxQ_aem_YtGeVaNe1Lrj9_8GcK9kcQ\">de volgende kenmerken<\/a> te voldoen bij verwijzing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Wat kun je verder verwachten bij deelname?<\/strong><br><strong><br><\/strong>Tijdens het themaspreekuur implantatie (ook wel RIF poli) worden&nbsp;onder andere leefstijladviezen gegeven. Er wordt ook gekeken naar suppletie van vitamine D en\/of progesteron. Er worden adviezen gegeven over jouw endometriumdikte en mogelijk een behandeling gestart vanwege een te trage werking van de schildklier indien hier sprake van is. Soms kan de behandeling worden uitgesteld op basis van een ongunstig microbioom of vanwege ontstekingscellen die worden gevonden in het biopt van het baarmoederslijmvlies.
