Zij is al ruim 19 jaar werkzaam in de (specialistische) geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Ze combineert haar achtergrond als psycholoog met diverse methodieken (DGT, CGT, MBT, EFT, Focusing, Schematherapie, Positieve Psychologie, ACT en EMDR) waarvoor zij de nodige opleidingen heeft gevolgd. Haar hart ligt bij het echter bij het begeleiden van stellen en individuen met vragen rondom de kinderwens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2018 heeft Chantal zichzelf gespecialiseerd in het vakgebied van de kinderwens door het volgen van de opleiding \u2018Kinderwensconsulent\u2019 en heeft zij Praktijk Rijk opgericht. Chantal is een ervaringsdeskundige op het gebied van vruchtbaarheidsbehandelingen en ongewenste kinderloosheid. Als Kinderwenspsycholoog geeft zij psychosociale hulpverlening aan zowel vrouwen als mannen (koppels) die zwanger willen worden, moeilijk zwanger worden, zwangerschapsverlies doormaken of ongewild kinderloos zijn. Dit kan een diepgaande impact hebben op diverse aspecten van het leven. Gehoord worden, ervaringen delen, advies krijgen en gesteund worden is dan belangrijk. Ook weet zij als geen ander wat dit doet met de relatie en daarom ziet zij ook veel koppels die in een traject zitten voor een kinderwens vanuit haar expertise als relatietherapeut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chantal heeft daarnaast een expertise op het gebied van traumabehandelingen, in haar praktijk behandelt zij mensen met EMDR.
